As of October 17, 2024 project was awarded to Ti-zack Concrete, LLC, awarded amount is $43,329.73. Construction of PCC Parking Lot Repairs and Related Work. The CONTRACTOR shall have all work substantially completed no later than November 22, 2024, and fully completed no later than November 29, 2024. If the CONTRACTOR fails to complete the work within this time or such additional time as has been granted for excusable delays, there shall be deducted from any money due the CONTRACTOR liquidated damages per Section 106-3 and the below special provisions for each calendar day that the completion of the work is delayed beyond any interim, substantial, or final completion date. Such deduction amounts shall be charged as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. The City Commission reserves the right to hold all quotes for a period of fourteen (14) days after the date fixed for their receipt, reject any or all quotes, and to waive irregularities whenever it is for the best interest of the City. The CONTRACTOR's quoted unit and total prices for the project shall include and account for the minimum wages stated in Appendix 1.
