Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Brownfield, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Build 2 12'x16' awnings to support 2 units on front part of Rodeo Barn and 2 units on the back part. Units need to be 8.5-ton A/C systems, package type. The awnings consist of 4x4 steel poles, c pearling and heavy-duty steel roofs. Poles will be cemented and welding will be involved to support the structure. Building will be cut to install dirt work. Approximately 36"X36" per unit for supply and return air ducting. Exterior ducting will be insulated and interior ducting will be spiral ducting with supply grills, all supplied by contractor. Install a 60-amp outdoor disconnect per unit and install 1" EMT conduit from indoor breaker box to outdoor service disconnect. Also install 120v receptacle front and back. As convenient plugs for service technicians. Condensation drains to all 4 units from units to ground level to keep water away from building. Install a thermostat per unit and thermostat wire from unit to thermostat. Install and run conduit wire from approximately 40 LED lights. Pull wire to switches and exit lights as Per NEC code. Dedicated circuits for band area.
