Site work and new construction of a detention facility in Smyrna, Delaware. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,650-square-foot, one-story above grade detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
New Sallyport and Intake Facility The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new 16,650 s.f. single story building for the processing and holding of inmates at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. ***Plans are available for this project. To obtain a set, please contact the owner.***
