Renovation of a detention facility in Smyrna, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Project includes the replacement of existing emergency generators, electrical switchgear, and related services in multiple buildings on the JTVCC Campus. Sealed bids shall be addressed to the Division of Facilities Management, 122 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. South, Dover, Delaware 19901. The outer envelope should clearly indicate: "OMB/DFM CONTRACT NO. MC3804000139 - JTVCC - EMERGENCY GENERATOR AND ATS SWITCH REPLACEMENT - SEALED BID - DO NOT OPEN." The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. The Owner may extend the time and place for the opening of the bids from that described in the advertisement, with not less than two calendar days notice by certified delivery, facsimile machine or other electronic means to those bidders receiving plans. Plans are available for this project. To obtain a set, please contact the owner.
