Detention Security Screening Equipment for Harris County Sheriff Office. PROJECT SCHEDULE The term shall begin on or about October 1, 2024 through September, 30 2025 or until all services ordered prior to the expiration date have been satisfactorily delivered and accepted or performed satisfactorily for the using department. Initial order will be placed within thirty (30) to ninety (90) days after project is awarded. Delivery of goods shall not exceed thirty (30) days after order date. Vendor shall invoice for delivered items no later than fifteen (15) business days of delivery date. Harris County administers Federal grant funds received from various sources, including but not limited to the Texas General Land Office (GLO), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All purchases made with grant monies shall comply with the terms and conditions of the grant, as well as the applicable Federal, State, and County procedures regarding these purchases.
