Reference number: 20015712 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-09-16 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 60 The Municipality of Maskinongé is requesting tenders for the collection, transportation and processing of putrescible organic materials generated throughout its territory for a period of one (1) year, i.e. 2025, three (3) years, i.e. 2025, 2026 and 2027, and five (5) years, i.e. 2025 to 2029. Tenders must be submitted on the forms provided and accompanied by a certified cheque representing fifteen percent (15%) of the annual amount for the first year of the tender (excluding GST and QST) and made payable to the Municipality or a bid bond valid for ninety (90) days representing fifteen percent (15%) of the annual amount for the first year of the tender (excluding GST and QST), accompanied by a letter of undertaking from a recognized insurance company guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the annual amount for the first year of the bid (excluding GST and QST) for the benefit of the owner. The Municipality accepts no responsibility for the fact that written notices or any other documents sent electronically are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders before submitting their bid.
