Reference number: 20090385 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-09-05 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 The Office municipal d'habitation de Lac St-Pierre, also known as the "project owner", is requesting tenders for parking lot repairs (Phase II) to be carried out on the grounds of the building located at 170 rue Baril in the municipality of Louiseville, on a fixed-price contract basis. The work will take approximately eight (8) weeks to complete. CONDITIONS: Only general contractors or contractors specializing in this type of work who have an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by that agreement and who hold the required licence under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B-1.1) are authorized to bid. TENDER GUARANTEE: In the form of a bond by an authorised company, equivalent to : - 10% of the amount of the tender or - a certified cheque, money order, bank draft payable to the applicant for the work (OMH Lac St-Pierre), an irrevocable letter of guarantee for the benefit of the applicant or bearer bonds. The latter must be issued or guaranteed by the Government of Quebec or the Government of Canada and must not mature more than five years. The value of these bonds must be equivalent to 5% of the amount of the bid and be valid for 60 days from the deadline for submitting bids. The guarantee must be attached to the tender.
