This work includes: BID SECURITY: To be valid, all bids must be accompanied by a deposit or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid amount. The bid bond must be in the form of a bank draft from a Canadian chartered bank or credit union. The bid bond or deposit must be accompanied by a letter of commitment to issue a performance bond and a bond for wages, materials, and services, each for 50% of the total bid amount.
