Oceanfront Squamish is a 60-acre master-planned community soon. Squamish new developments presale condo project offers over 2,500 new homes, 11-acre Oceanfront Park and 14-acre public/green space with two beaches and a 3 km oceanfront loop trail. The development plans to offer ample parking, including at least 150 surface public parking stalls near Oceanfront Park, catering to both residents and visitors. Oceanfront Squamish is set to be developed in six phases over 20 years. Phase One consist of a construction of two, five Storeys condominium buildings. Scope of work to be finalized. The neighborhoods phases are masterplan are as follow: 1- The village: An intimate, eclectic and pedestrian-friendly village with a spirit rooted in Squamish history. 2- The works: Simple, flexible buildings for light industry, office space, fabrication and research and development. 3- The Campus: A mixed-use space inviting the public to gather along a large, open promenade. 4- The Mill: Highly walkable, low-rise townhomes with lanes, courtyards and private green spaces. 5- The Yards: Mixed-use buildings with retail, homes and a hub for commercial services. 6- The Mews: Multi-family homes with waterfront access and spectacular views of The Chief. TIMELINE: Project is pending owners' decision to proceed. Design is ongoing. Phase One is followed in a separate report and pending building permit approval. Subtrades are secured by invitation by the builder. Oceanfront Squamish Park and the Presentation Center is complete. Further update in early 2026, upon approvals. *Construction budget is unreleased.
