Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Squamish, British Columbia. Working plans call for the construction of a five-story above grade multi-residential development; retail development; and four-story above grade multi-residential development.

Phase One consist of a construction of four and five storeys condominium buildings. Scope of work to be finalized. Oceanfront Squamish is a 60 acre master-planned community soon. Squamish new developments presale condo project offers over 2,500 new homes, 11 acre Oceanfront Park and 14 acre public/green space with two beaches and a 3 km oceanfront loop trail. The development plans to offer ample parking, including at least 150 surface public parking stalls near Oceanfront Park, catering to both residents and visitors. Oceanfront Squamish is set to be developed in six phases over 20 years. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Project is pending building permit. Subtrades are secured by invitation by the builder. Oceanfront Squamish park and the Presentation Center is complete. Further update in early 2025, upon approvals. *Construction budget is unreleased.
