Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 59,660-square-foot, two-story above grade, 500-seat educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Board previously conducted a prequalification process (RFSQ-004-21) associated with the construction of Five elementary school projects including the Baycrest Elementary School project. Four of those projects have proceeded through subsequent procurement stages. The Baycrest project did not proceed, and significant changes have since been made to the scope, schedule and estimated value of the Baycrest Elementary School project in excess of what was contemplated by RFSQ-004-21. Given these changes, the time elapsed since the prior prequalification process, and the changes in market conditions, the Board is undertaking a new prequalification process for the Baycrest project. The Toronto Catholic District School Board (the Board) plans to construct a New Elementary School at Baycrest. By pre-qualifying general contractors for the project, the Board intends to tender and award the project as a stipulated price general contractor.
