Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 69,972-square-foot, two-story above grade, 504-seat educational facility; day care center; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a 2-storey, elementary, K-8 Catholic school for 504 students + a childcare facility to accommodate 49 children ranging from infants to preschoolers. The school would have an on-site school bus drop off loop, plus a drop-off area on Baycrest Avenue dedicated to the childcare centre. General Contractors have prequalified under RFSQ-004-21. TIMELINE: Stage II tender timeline to the prequalified firms has yet to be issued. Invited tender is expected October 2025. Construction Award / Start December 2025
