Remove existing concrete pad, existing electrical panel and associated electrical facilities as shown. Remove top portion of wet well and accommodate new concrete pad. Remove portion of sewer main and top of manhole. Perform wet well cleaning and inspections, wet well and valve vault modifications and rehabilitation and other site improvements, pump and lifting system replacement, electrical improvements and installing a bypass pumping for wasterwater service during construction. All proposals must be made on the Bid Proposal Form provided by the Purchasing Manager. A Bid Deposit, which can be provided separately, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Net Bid Amount (or, in bids with Add Alternates, the highest possible combination of the Base Bid plus Add Alternates) in the form of a certified or cashier's check, an irrevocable letter of credit, or a certificate of deposit or a bidder's bond executed by a corporate surety, admitted by the California Insurance Commissioner to do business in California, payable and acceptable to the City of Fresno; or the Bidder shall have registered with the Purchasing Manager of the City an annual bid bond sufficient to provide coverage in such amount.
