Main Street Rangely Colorado Rio Blanco County (the "County or Owner") is seeking a Contractor for the RBC Columbine Park Office Remodel Project (the "Project") at 2101 E. Main Street, Rangely CO 81648. The intent of this Invitation for Bid (the "IFB") is to have a Contractor (the "Bidder") submit a written response (the "Bid") to specifically address the services required, fee, and provide a well-considered plan of execution for those services. This project involves the remodeling and addition of an existing office and support building to create a flexible-use office and meeting building at the Rio Blanco County Columbine Park. The project consists of: 1. An 828 square foot addition to an existing 883 square foot building. 2. A 770 square foot basement. 3. Additions that include covered porches on the front and back of the building.
