Inquiries and questions regarding the specifications of this solicitation must be submitted by 09/05/2024 at 2:00 pm for Filed Sub bids Exterior Door Renovation Project - Phase 1. The scope of the project includes replacement of existing exterior doors at the Clark Athletic Center, Campus Center and Healey Library buildings. Door replacements include revolving doors, aluminum and glass and hollow metal swing doors and new glass curtainwall system. Associated work includes installation of wind screens and associated footings, demolition, waterproofing and masonry infill. Glass and glazing, Electrical Work, Miscellaneous Ornamental Metals, & Masonry. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
