The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (the "Authority") requests proposals for emergency generators equipment for the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted in writing in accordance with the Request for Proposals and must be received no later than 5:00 pm, September 6th, 2024. Providers must demonstrate experience and success providing this type of equipment. From and after the date of this announcement, any Provider that contacts directly or indirectly any Member or employee of the Authority in connection with the selection process or the contract contemplated herein, other than for the purpose of obtaining a copy of the RFP or to submit a written question or request for clarification as prescribed by the RFP, is subject to disqualification. Requests for Interpretation of RFP. All questions and requests for clarification or interpretation of the meaning of the RFP, and any other correspondence concerning the RFP, shall be submitted in writing to Brendan Flynn, Director of Purchasing, at bflynn@massconvention.com. And to be given consideration must be received by the deadline, for questions, stated on the cover page of this RFP. Clarifications or interpretations and any supplemental instructions or forms, if issued, will be issued in the form of written addenda prior to the date fixed for opening of Proposals. Oral clarifications, interpretations, instructions or other communications will be of no effect. The Authority will not be responsible for, and a Proposer may not rely upon or use as the basis of a claim against the Authority or a proposer of the Authority, any information.
