Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Strawn, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Scope of Work: This project provides new restroom facilities, including but not limited to restroom and shower facilities, picnic shade shelters, playground, vault toilets, and a composting toilet in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Engineers Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $6,010,011 to $6,326,327. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All work shall be completed within three hundred (300) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, and each proposal must be accompanied by bid bond, or certified check made payable to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, in an amount of not less than (5) percent of the total bid amount Any questions regarding the use of the Bid Portal for bidding can be directed to INFContracting@tpwd.texas.gov. TPWD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process.
