The City of Torrance seeks proposals from qualified contractors for comprehensive HVAC maintenance at various facilities. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and expertise to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the facilities for an estimated three-year term, with a non-guaranteed not-to-exceed amount of $200,000. Qualified contractors shall be placed on a prequalified list during the three-year period and may be selected to provide as-needed services under a Master Agreement. The contract will be for a minimum 3-year term, with the option to extend two additional one-year terms. When needed, the City will request and authorize a Task Order under the Master Agreement. The City will issue Task Orders for each request based on, but not limited to, the scope of work, qualifications, work schedule, and fee reasonableness.
