The City of Lawrenceville is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to design and install new interior and exterior signage for Lawrenceville City Hall. The project encompasses all four floors of the building. Implementing a comprehensive signage plan aims to enhance navigation throughout the building. It also includes adding new navigational signage to the exterior of the building to assist the public with understanding the new operation of City Hall's entry and exit. o Renumbering and Renaming of Floors: Discard current floor designations LL and ML. Rename floors to Floors 1, 2, 3, and 4. o Signage Inventory: Utilize the full inventory of existing and needed signage. An inventory list and corresponding locations are attached. o Existing Signage: Photos of existing signage to be matched are enclosed. o Suite Numbering Plan: Assign a uniform system of Floor + Suite numbers to each suite. o Office Numbering: Assign office numbers inside suites. Where existing office numbers and signage are present, appropriate and uniform changes should be made. o Public and Staff Areas: Provide clear signage to indicate public areas and those authorized for staff only. o External Navigation: Create a clear navigational path through signage to the public who visit City Hall. The written proposal documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties. Selection criteria is outlined in the request for proposal documents.
