Las Vegas Valley Water District invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following work The Site of the Work is located on the existing LVVWD Ft. Apache Reservoir in
Las Vegas, NV. Properties located within the Gaming Enterprise District located between Sahara Avenue and
St. Rose Parkway and Koval Lane or its alignment and Cameron Street or its alignment. The Site of the Work is located on the existing LVVWD Ft. Apache Reservoir in Las Vegas, NV. Due to the sensitive nature of the site, specific requirements concerning noise abatement, and dust control will be required. Upon completion of the well, the site shall be restored to pre-existing conditions as approved by the Owner.
The Work consists of borehole drilling, construction, and development of one, nominal 20-inch diameter production well to depth of approximately 1,200 feet utilizing reverse circulation drilling methods. See Appendix A and B for maps of the proposed well sites, well-design schematics, and environmental requirements.
Engineer's estimate: $1,523,425.
