Renovation of a municipal facility in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 450-square-foot municipal facility.
As of 11/12/24, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work includes, but is not limited to the following 1. All work will be performed on the 7th and 8th Floor, North Wings at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex. 2. Construct new partitions to create a separated corridor between the core of the building and tenant spaces on one side of the floor. One sprinkler head will need to be relocated. 3. Provide new doors, frames and hardware to allow for future access control that will be designed, permitted and installed by others. 4. Provide a new transaction window with paper pass-thru capability. 5. Create a new office by installing a new partition within an existing office. A new door, frame and hardware will be specified. CCE: $147,620 In accordance with n.J.S.A. 52:32-2, this project shall be bid as a single bid (lump Sum all trades). Bidder must be classified themselves or name their classified Subcontractor(s) for the following trade(s): Electrical (c047) Failure to list all of the required DPMC Classified sub-contractors will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
