This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the replacement of the existing sidewalk and bike maze infrastructure on St. John's Sideroad, near the intersection west of Industrial Pkwy North, in the Town of Aurora, as further described in Part 2 - Special Provisions. The purpose of this RFT is to solicit bids from qualified Contractors for the replacement of the existing sidewalk and bike maze infrastructure on St. Johns Sideroad, in the Town of Aurora, near the intersection of Industrial Pkwy North, on each side of the railway tracks. This project aims to address the heaving of the sidewalk, which has caused the metal rails of the bike maze to lean. The result of this project is to ensure safety and accessibility for pedestrians and cyclists in the area. The work is to occur on St. John's Sideroad, near the intersection of Industrial Parkway North, on each side of the railway tracks.
