York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for annual inspection and maintenance to Aerial lifts and fork lifts at YRDSB sites. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors for aerial lift and fork lift services on an as-required basis. This relationship will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs. This arrangement includes annual service inspections, any regulated inspections for the equipment and repairs that are required as a result of these inspections and day to day ongoing repairs totally unrelated to the inspection process. The Board spends approximately $10,000 per year for Service required. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. There is approximately 5 units primarily located in two sites at the YRDSB (please see the list of units attached). Proponents are hereby invited to propose the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish the goods and/or services requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document.
