Owner: Town of Stedman 5110 Front Street, Stedman, NC 28391 Engineer: WithersRavenel 219 Station Road, Suite 101, Wilmington, NC 28405 While there is an option to attend the Bid Opening virtually, hardcopy bids are still required to be received. The project consists of relocating an existing wastewater flow meter and totalizer from the Old Highway 24 Lift Station to the existing Carols Street Lift Station in the Town of Stedman. Contractor to relocate existing flow meter and transmitter, abandon existing flow meter station, install a new meter vault, totalizer, bypass, valves, sump pump including SCADA at the existing Carol Street Lift Station. Additional pre bid meeting note: To participate in the virtual Pre-Bid Conference, you must email Barbie Popp at bpopp@withersravenel.com by 5:00 pm local time, Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, and provide your email address so you may be admitted to be provided with the information to join the meeting. You will be provided with the information to join the meeting prior to the meeting. All questions related to this bid shall be submitted in writing to Barbie Popp at bpopp@withersravenel.com prior to Thursday, September 19th, 2024, by 5:00 pm local time to receive consideration.
