Renovation of an educational facility in Georgetown, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The purpose of this solicitation is for Georgetown County School District to solicit offers from qualified sources to provide and install gym divider curtains. The work consists of installing one (1) divider curtain at Waccamaw Intermediate School. The curtain will need to be approximately 58'L x 24'H, motorized, vertical lift, and pull-fold retraction. Low 8' solid vinyl and remaining height flex mesh, high-speed, high-efficiency, 2 or 3 HP, 3 phase, 208 V motor. Level lift indicates parallel to the floor, wall-mounted key control switch for each curtain and attached to existing building structure per final design. The measurements for the curtains are approximate. All bidders are responsible for taking their own measurements. The bidders are responsible for labor, supplies, materials, tools, services, and supervision necessary to properly perform and maintain a neat, clean area. 1. The contractor is responsible for any disposal cost associated with the existing divider curtains that are to be removed. 2. The contractor is responsible for any ceiling modifications required to accommodate the new curtains system. The ceiling must be returned to its original condition if modifications are necessary. 3. The contractor is required to protect all adjacent surfaces from any damage when removing and installing the new curtain systems. Repair of adjacent surfaces, if necessary, will be at the cost of the installing contractor. 4. The contractor can request a site walk-through to understand the scope of work and acknowledge the work needed to complete the installation of work. 5. The contractor shall coordinate with Mr. Travis Klatka (onsite manager) @ 843-237-7031 to walk through and for all work to be completed. 6. A licensed and certified electrical contractor must perform any electric wiring, connections, and terminations for power and controls. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
