Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a 11,500-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of furnishing and installing and providing all labor and materials required for the installation of an ADA Accessible concrete path, to include ramps and crosswalks, with an overhead shade structure, drinking fountain, trash receptacle, pet waste dispenser, monument sign, shade trees, revegetation, and irrigation system work and miscellaneous items, as more fully described in the Drawings and the summary of work. Each bid must be accompanied by cash or a certified cashier's check, drawn on a bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of Texas, payable to the City of Georgetown in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds, when required, shall be executed on forms furnished by OWNER. Each bond shall be issued in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount by a solvent surety or insurance company licensed to do business in the State of Texas and as specifically prescribed in the General Conditions and Supplemental Conditions.
