Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: The construction of the Atlas Ranch MUD No. 1 Phase I Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) to treat 126,000 gallons per day of domestic strength residential wastewater by means of an MBR System, utilizing treatment equipment supplied by Waterfleet. WWTF work includes, but is not limited to the following: Installation of one (1) 8-foot diameter lift station and valve vault complete with submersible pumps, pipe, fittings, valves and other appurtenances; Installation of MBR System Concrete Pad and facility components including a non-potable water system and pressure tank, sludge disposal pad, washdown sump, dumpster, weir box, and miscellaneous piping; Site electrical including underground conduit, disconnects, junction boxes, wiring, terminations and other appurtenances; Emergency generator; Site fencing; Access road; Site civil and yard piping; Effluent holding pond; Irrigation pump station and disposal system; and coordination with Waterfleet installation team Bid(2.0%), Performance(100.0%), Payment(100.0%), Maintenance(100.0%), Certified Check The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time forsubmitting a Bid.
