Renovation of a municipal facility in Salisbury, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The proposed project is located at City Hall 217 S Main St. Salisbury, NC 28144. The project includes the repair and restoration of all non-storefront windows within the City Hall building. A bid bond of 5% will be required for this project and should be submitted in a separate envelope. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required for the full amount of this project within ten (10) days after notice to proceed. Questions regarding the specifications on this bid should be referred to Jacob Horne at jacob.horne@salisburync.gov by Wednesday 9/4/2024 at 2:00 PM. Contractor agrees to complete this project and turn the building back over to the City of Salisbury by the end of the fiscal year June 1 2025 with no window being out for more than 6 weeks. The City of Salisbury reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids, and unless otherwise specified by the bidder, to accept any item in the bid. If an error occurs in the unit price or extended price then unit price will prevail.
