This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide General Contractors for Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l'Est ontarien as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the Deliverables). The Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l'Est ontarien, 875 County Rd 17, l'Orignal (ON), K0B 1K0. This competitive procurement process (Process) seeks to solicit prequalification proposals from qualified General Contractors interested in being placed on the Board's Vendor of Record (VOR) list of contractors for construction projects in three separate categories listed in the table below. Respondents may select to be prequalified for one or more categories. i. Category 1: $100,000.00 to $999,999.99 This category applies to various smaller / medium budgeted projects including, but not limited to repairs, maintenance, demolition, renovations to both interior/exterior work in a portable classroom/school classroom/school site/daycare/administrative building. ii. Category 2: $1,000,000.00 to $3,000,000.00 This category applies to various larger budgeted projects including, but not limited to, renovation projects, larger repairs, demolitions, complex renovations and/or addition projects to both interior/exterior work in a portable classroom/school classroom/school site/daycare/administrative building. Projects with an estimated construction value of $3 million or more, will be published publicly. Only respondents on the Board's VOR list will be invited to bid on the Board's construction projects, unless otherwise allowed for in this document.
