This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies ("CEA FRANCOachat") to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Architectural Services for Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l'Est Ontarien, 875 County Rd 17, l'Orignal, On, K0B 1K0. as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). The Centre d'excellence en Approvisionnements FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l'Est Ontarien, 875 County Rd 17, l'Orignal, On, K0B 1K0. The Board is seeking to qualify suppliers onto a roster of qualified suppliers (the "Qualified Supplier Roster") to perform various architectural services within all CEPEO's regions and territory. Only firms on the Board's QSR list will be invited to bid on the Board's projects, unless otherwise allowed for in this document. Details regarding the QSR process and procedures The QSR list will be based on the following three (3) categories: Category 1 - Small and Medium Renovations ($100,000 to $999,999) This category applies to various smaller / medium budgeted projects including, but not limited to repairs, maintenance, demolition, renovations to both interior/exterior work in a portable classroom/school classroom/school site/daycare/administrative building. Category 2 - Major Renovation and/or Addition Projects ($1,000,000 to $3,000,000) This category applies to various larger budgeted projects including, but not limited to, renovation projects, larger repairs, demolitions, complex renovations and/or addition projects to both interior/exterior work in a portable classroom/school classroom/school site/daycare/administrative building.
