SE Newport Way and 153rd Ave SE Fence Installation As a Contractor on the City of Bellevue Small Works Roster, you are invited to bid on this project. Construction of a new fence along the frontage of 4216 153rd Ave SE and 15314 SE Newport Way. Engineer's estimate is in the range of $35,000 to $40,000 Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening. The successful bidder must comply with the City of Bellevue equal opportunity requirements.
