The County Department of Land Conservation & Forest Management is seeking proposals and corresponding bids for the removal of the existing bridge and the design, professional engineering, construction and installation of a new snowmobile trail bridge that meets WDNR specifications, including appropriate pilings and a 25,000 lb weight limit Project Completion: June 1, 2026. Chippewa County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Performance and Payment Bonds - Submit Performance Bond and Payment Bond on AIA Document 312 Performance Bond or Payment Bond OR on forms provided by the Surety. THIS PROJECT WILL REQUIRE A PERFORMANCE BOND FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE PROJECT, BUT WILL NOT REQUIRE A BID BOND. Question Deadline 09/10/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Owner in writing.
