. This project is a construction of a 0.52 mile, 10wide concrete multi-use trail beginning on Lena St NW and ending at the James P. Brawley Dr NW and M.L.K. Jr Dr SW intersection. The trail will offer the Westside communities a safe and convenient way to travel from Northside Drive NW to the Ashby MARTA Station and, by way of the already completed section of trail along Lena Street, to the Westside Atlanta Beltline.In accordance with 103D-304, HRS, Procurement of Professional Services, the State of
Hawaii, Department of Transportation (HDOT), Harbors Division (DOTH) is seeking qualified
professional engineering firms to provide a range of civil engineering design services for
Commercial Harbors Civil Engineering Support, Statewide, Project Nos. P90190, P90193,
P90194. DOTH intends to award three contracts (associated with project numbers P90190,
P90193 and P90194) from this solicitation, with identical Scopes of Work. Work Order
Assignments will be in support of Federal-aid and/or State-funded projects and programs being
managed by the Harbors Engineering Branch, Department of Transportation. The contracts will be Indefinite Quantity contracts, in accordance with 3-122-143, HAR. Each
contract time of performance will be five (5) years from the Notice to Proceed and will have a
budget not to exceed $10,000,000.00, subject to availability of funds. Additional information
for the subject projects may be viewed under "Files". Individuals or firms on HDOT's qualified list are invited to submit a proposal for the projects
listed above. Proposals should be clear, concise, and in accordance with the Guidelines for
Preparing Consultant Proposals for Harbors Projects, which can also be viewed under "Files".
Only those prospective individuals or firms whose proposal is submitted by the deadline below
and comply with the following instructions will be considered The Director of Transportation reserves the right to cancel this request for proposals, to reject any or all proposals in whole or part, and to waive any defects in said proposal in the best interest of the State.
