Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huber Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project was awarded to Performance Site Development in the amount of $465,681.64. This project includes the installation of new curb and gutter, sidewalk and storm sewer along the west side of Brandt Pike from Kitridge Road to Tom Cloud Park entrance. A bond in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid, or A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) Performance bond upon award of the bid. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage of the City of Huber Heights. This project consists of installing new curb and gutter, sidewalk and storm sewer along the west side of Brandt Pike from Kitridge Road to Tom Cloud Park Entrance.
