NG911 GIS Services and Maintenance 2024 The Vendor’s duties begin when the City issues a Notice to Proceed. Vendors will have 180 working days to complete all upfront work. Suppose the work is not completed on time. In that case, the contractor shall pay the City liquidated damages for the delay (but not as a penalty) 500 hundred dollars ($500) for each calendar day that expires after the time specified above until the contract work is complete The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in the procedures, or cancel the solicitation if it is in the city's best interest. The City shall have the right to reject any bid from a contractor determined by the City, at its discretion, to be not responsible or not qualified to perform the bid specifications. The determination that a vendor is not responsible may be made solely based on previous failure to perform properly or to complete contracts.
