Estimated Cost for the Project is Between $3,300,000.00 to $3,600,000.00. The Project Shall Be Complete and in Place Within 180 Working Days From Notice to Proceed. A Minimum Goal of Three Percent (3%) for Participation by Small Business Enterprises (Sbe's) as a Percentage of the Total Amount of the Bid Award is Established for This Project.
