Site work for a water / sewer project in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
5.1 The Contractor shall complete the project work in accordance with the information provided herein using industry standards and guidelines. 5.2 The project involves providing new waterlines connecting to municipal water for domestic water and utilizing existing water lines from well water source for fire loop for site hydrants and building connections. Patch and repair paving, landscaping, site furnishings, etc. as required to perform the work. 5.3 Marana Middle School has some (minimal) summer school activities to be coordinated around (maintaining access to Admin Office (Bldg. B), Old Gym (Bldg. F) and along East side of Class Buildings D, E, J and L during school hours). 5.4 MCAT High School has summer school activities to be coordinated around (maintain access to Bldgs. 1001, 1002, 1003 and 1008). 5.5 Contractor is responsible for any permits required (i.e. right-of-way use permits, etc.). Contractor is responsible for locating all existing utilities (exact locations, elevations, and extent of all utility facilities within the project that may be affected by the work).
