Reference Number 0000360859 The County of Rockland, Facilities Management Department (hereinafter referred to as "The County") is requesting from qualified professional Architecture & Engineering design firms, proposals for the development and preparation of plans and specifications for Capital Project - Historic County Courthouse Exterior Improvements. The prime architecture and engineering firm must have demonstrated experience in relevant projects, supporting personnel, offices, the design and construction of similar public projects and resources to design and administer the project. The plans and specifications shall be in complete compliance with the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, New York State Energy Conservation Code, New York State Wicks Law, Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), NFPA, ASME, ANSI, OSHA and all other governing agency codes and standards.
