Reference Number 0000380613 General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required The work consists of constructing a bluestone ADA accessible walkway, ADA concrete ramp, door modifications for ADA accessible hardware, an ADA asphalt parking space with an access aisle, an extended asphalt parking lot, and erosion and sediment control, and minor site restoration. Bids shall be on a lump sum with additive alternative bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall include a 5% bid bond.
