The Town has decided to reject all bids and re-bid the project. The work consists of constructing a PV solar system, designed to produce 499 KW AC/749.1 KW DC, including all equipment, materials, and installation services required. Bids shall be on a lump sum as indicated in the Bid Form. A preliminary project schedule shall be provided with the bid. A bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall include a 5% bid bond. The successful bidder will also be required to provide performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the value of the contract. The time period for holding Bids is 45 days after opening of Bids. This project is subject to New York State Prevailing Wage Rates and Federal Prevailing Wage Rates, and a determination of the NYS Department of Labor has been attached (PRC #2024004513). It is the responsibility of the Contractor, before Bid opening, to request if necessary, any additional information on Minimum Wage Rates for those tradespeople who may be employed for the proposed Work under this Contract.
