Renovation of a museum in Hatteras, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 23,686-square-foot, two-story above grade museum.
The project will include the replacement of HVAC and generator systems. Existing cooling towers, diesel boilers, associated diesel tank, pumps, controls, vertical self-containted units, humidifiers, ductwork, and piping to be replaced like for like with a new propane tank and propane boilers. Existing 300kW diesel generator to be replaced with paralleled 130kW propane generators. the mechanical equipment and roof replacement project at the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
