Kudu Barn Roof Replacement The Saint Louis Zoo Facilities Management division is seeking proposals for the roof replacement of the Kudu Barn. This building has a concrete roof with an existing layer of insulating foam under a fluid-applied membrane. The roof's perimeter is surrounded by shotcrete boulders cast in place, and there are two existing scuppers. The project requires the removal of the current membrane and insulation. All products must meet or exceed the performance specifications provided in Attachment 1. The base bid should cover all flat areas immediately surrounding the skylights.
