Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Greenevers, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will include: installation of one new 150 kw automatic generator and 600 amp automatic transfer switch at Well Site 1, one new 80 kw automatic generator and 400 amp automatic transfer switch at Well Site 2, electrical connections, control panels, and concrete pads. The Town of Greenevers is committed to and supportive of efforts to effectively maintain and/or increase the use of Small and Minority/Women owned business and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) contract participation for Construction Projects, services(including professional and consulting services) and commodities purchases. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Town of Greenevers reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids
