Springhill Wastewater Treatment Plant - Headswork Upgrade. Work includes replacement of the existing screening equipment with a more capable modern system, the addition of a concrete settling channel upstream of the treatment plant, and Installation of a 900 mm bypass line to divert inflow past the treatment plant to the treatment lagoon. TIMELINE: Design is underway. Tender and construction schedules may be confirmed in early spring 2026.
