** As of May 14, 2025, the project was awarded to CentiMark Roofing, with an awarded amount of $70,178.20.** Scope: - Remove existing roofing down to concrete decking and dispose at an approved facility. - Supply and Install V-Force Vapour Barrier, Self Adhered to Concrete Deck. - Supply and Install 2 Layers of Elevate ISO 2.6" to a total of R-30, Adhered. - Supply and Install 1/2 " Fibreboard, Adhered. - Supply and Install 0.60mil EPDM Membrane, Fully Adhered. - Supply and Install 24g Sheet Metal Flashing. - Supply and Install 3 Roof Drains. - Roof dimensions: 16.6m x 14.6m Issuing an Invitation implies no obligation on the Municipality of the County of Cumberland to accept any bid, or a portion of any Bid submitted. The lowest of any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
