Roofing installation or repair services for the DCMMCC facility. Complete a roof scan to determine wet insulation areas and identity blistered areas to repair Clean, sweep, and prime existing roof to manufacturer specifications prepare for new cap sheet Cut out all identified blisters in existing roof and repair with Sopralene flam 180 base sheet Supply and install Sopralene Flam 250 gr cap sheet (torch-applied) in accordance with manufacturer specifications Terminate cap sheet at underside of siding and provide caulking bead Supply and install new caulking along gravel stop roof edge Ensure all roof penetrations are properly sealed and flashed Remove all debris and dispose at an approved facility, and leave site clean, upon completion If you have any questions, please contact Shelby Hum at shelbyhum@cumberlandcounty.ns.ca Documents can be found at https://www.cumberlandcounty.ns.ca/procurement.html
