The work will generally consist of preliminary and final engineering for improvements to the aforementioned roadways. Engineering services for the project include, but are not limited to surveying, geotechnical investigation, right-of-way plans, construction plans, specifications, bid documents, cost estimates, and construction administration and observation. After a review of all letters of interest received, selected firms will be furnished a scope of work and requested to submit proposals for accomplishing the work.
