Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Jonesboro is seeking letters of interest from qualified engineering firms for the Safe Streets and Roads for All project (new pedestrian accommodations on State Highway 141 and new street lights on East Johnson) in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The work will generally consist of preliminary and final engineering for improvements to the aforementioned roadways. Engineering services for the project include, but are not limited to surveying, geotechnical investigation, right-of-way plans, construction plans, specifications, bid documents, cost estimates, and construction administration and observation. After a review of all letters of interest received, selected firms will be furnished a scope of work and requested to submit proposals for accomplishing the work. City of Jonesboro complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, FHWA Guidance and any other Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules and/or regulations.
