In general, work includes providing grant research, writing, reporting and administration services associated with the submission of Federal, State, private or other funding proposals and opportunities for the City of Eugene on a contractual and/or as-needed basis. When a need arises, the City may review the qualifications of the providers within the pool. If an appropriate provider is available, the City may enter into a contract with that provider. The City intends to establish a pool of qualified consultants. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee that a contract for services will be offered to the consultant. Qualifications may be submitted at any time prior to September 30, 2028. Qualifications will be reviewed as they are submitted. All consultants will be notified of acceptance or rejection of qualifications. Contracts may be issued to pool participants at any time. Statements of qualifications need only be submitted once. If found qualified, the consultants will remain on the Qualified Pool list. Periodic requests for an updated statement of qualifications may be required by the City. The City may reject any statement of qualifications not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all statements of qualifications or waive any specification or requirement upon a finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so.
