Lights - School Zone Flasher Beacons. Scope of Work The purpose of this IFB is to establish a firm fixed price, lump sum contract with one qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, permits and, incidentals required to perform all requirements as specified herein, and indicated for the purpose of providing 22 Flasher Beacon School Zone Lights for 11 school zones. Contract will be in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein, as well as services associated with the delivery and installation of the signs. Fauquier County is seeking offerors from which to purchase School Zone Flasher Beacons to improve safety in the Fauquier County area. All signs must be installed with local, State of Virginia, and Federal Laws and Regulations. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, and resources as may be required to furnish and deliver 22 School Zone Flashers in accordance with the specifications stated herein and indicated in Bonfire, in the Bid Form/Pricing Schedule. The Contractor shall have the capability to perform and complete the services in all respects in accordance with the solicitation documents. The successful offeror shall take all reasonable precautions for safety and shall provide all reasonable protection to prevent damage, injury or loss to persons and employees of Fauquier County. The awarded contractor shall comply with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, as they relate to, and are applicable to the performance of the work of this contract.
