Upgrades to the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change building located at 125 Resources Road, Etobicoke, ON M9P 3V6. The scope of work includes; 230721-280052 Repair Natural Gas Piping, 230733-280053 Repair Boiler Ventilation, 230734-280048 AHU Repair AHU1 North Half, 240025-280049 Repair Heat Exchanger HX-1 HX-2, 240035-280050 Repair Fan Coil F-5, 240054-280051 Repair Glycol Expansion Tank. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals from Engineering Services has been issued by the owner's agent, on behalf of IO and its Ministry Clients. The awarded proponent will act as Prime Consultant to provide professional services to develop Pre-Design Services, Schematic Design, Design Development/Construction Documentation, Construction Procurement, Contract Administration, and close-out of the project. Colliers Project Leaders is requesting Engineering Services for the following brief scope of work: repairing natural gas piping, boiler ventilation, AHU, heat exchanger, fan coil, glycol expansion tank, etc. as recommended by their respective studies conducted previously. Enquiries must be forwarded to the project manager, prior to September 12 2024 02:00:00 PM EDT. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
