Boiler Repair. Scope Required: Isolate Supply and Return Glycol Valves. Drain and Contain Glycol. Proper Disassembly and Assembly of All Sections to Gasket. Restore to 100% Functional State. Hydrostatic Test of Completed Repair. Start Boiler and Test All Safeties and Limits. If a Faulty Section is Found, Please Include an Itemized Pricing Breakdown of Any Section That May Need Replacement. If a Burner or Related Parts Are Found to Be Broken, Include Parts That Might Be Required for Proper Operation. Insurance Requirement: All Responses to This Proposal Should Include Proof of General Liability Insurance Coverage at the Following Levels: $1,000,000 Per Claim, $3,000,000 Annual Aggregate. Services Will Commence as Soon as Possible Thereafter. Service Required: Repair of Boiler #1 Smith Sectional Boiler, Model #28a-10 Located at Eden Glp Primary School at 3000 Schoolview Rd., Eden, Ny 14057. The Company With the Successful Proposal Will Be Required to Provide the District With a Certificate of Insurance Naming the District as Additional Insured Prior to the Commencement of Services. All Responses to This Proposal Should Include Proof of Worker S Compensation Insurance.
